Black Gloss Frames out of stock

I ordered Black Gloss Frames and was told that were out of stock so would be receiving a upgrade to Wooden Frames, I don't like the attachment method for the back of the Wooden Frames and wanted to return them, was told that I could return them but I'd have to pay.
