Refunds & Exchanges

PopArtUK offers a 100% Satisfaction Guarantee to all its customers. If for any reason you are unhappy with your goods we will either:

  • exchange the goods for an alternative of your choice to equal value,
  • or give you a full refund for the price you paid for the goods

You must notify us of your intention to return the goods within 7 working days of receiving your order, and " then return it to PopArtUk within 21 days of the notification. The goods must be returned in their original condition, and in their original packaging (where possible) with your receipt enclosed.
