PopArtUK is part of the Grindstore Ltd family and as a responsible online store; we are committed to protecting your privacy. We will only use the information that we collect about you lawfully in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

We collect information about you lawfully for two reasons: firstly, to process your order and fulfil the contract and secondly, to help provide you with the best possible service at all times.

We offer you the chance to refuse any marketing email from us or from another trader in the future. We will not email you unless you have given us your consent except in relation to any orders you have placed with us and in processing the contract.

Your information will NEVER be sold on to a third party and will remain securely in our system. In certain instances there are services based outside of the EU to which data may be transmitted via Secure SSL or TLS connections, to enable fulfilment of orders and site monitoring, these include but may not be limited to: MailChimp, Stripe, PayPal, Google Analytics and Adwords, Trust pilot and Amazon Payments.

So that we can process orders placed by visitors, we collect certain information about you. The information we will collect about you at the time of placing an order includes your name, address, phone and email address. We do not store credit card, debit card or payment provider login details.

We will never collect sensitive information about you without your explicit consent. For the purposes of order tracking and internal financial reporting, we store customer order history.

We endeavour to keep the information we hold about you accurate and up to date. You can check the information that we hold about you by logging into your account or by contacting us. The personal information which we hold will be held securely in accordance with our internal security policy.

As an individual entering into a contract with Grindstore Ltd by placing an order, you are entitled to request a copy of the data we have stored; notify us of your desire to withdraw consent for the processing of your data; where reasonable, have your data removed or corrected and also to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority.
