Product Description

Art Print: This incredibly symbolic and almost mesmerising art print of 'The Hallucinogenic Toreador' by the wonderfully creative Salvador Dali was originally painted in oil and portrays his passion for the sport of bullfighting. With many different focal points, including several images of Venus de Milos, merging into the face of the toreador, whose clothing represents the colours of the Spanish flag, this picture has been said to be a tribute to his wife, who in fact expressed her dislike for this blood sport. Featuring also the injured bull at the bottom left of the picture, and Dali's wife pictured at the top left, glowing in yellow, this picture also includes smaller objects representing another image including flies which are also part of the toreador's headpiece and cape. An inventive art print, perfect for any Dali fan.
