Art Poster: Born in 1760 in Tokyo, Japan, Katsushika Hokusai was a painter who's most famous piece of work was 'The Great Wave'. This piece, 'Caught by the Ejiri wind' is a piece typical of Hokusai's style with its intricate detail and use of mainly blues and whites. This is a tradition woodblock print built up piece by piece to create a wonderful image of a scene from his '36 views of Mount Fiji'. A unique piece which will really make an impression on your wall.
