Animated Children's TV Poster: Star Wars: The Clone Wars is an animated CGI series and is set during the war between the Galactic Republic under Chancellor Palpatine, and the Confederacy of Independent Systems (CIS) lead by Count Dooku. Many of the characters from the films, including Anakin Skywalker, Obi-Wan Kenobi, Yoda, Mace Windu, Chancellor Palpatine, Count Dooku, General Grievous, C-3PO, R2-D2 and Padmé Amidala from the original film all star in the series, many of them voice acted by the original actors that played the characters.
