Childrens Poster: Postman Pat has long been a favourite programme for children all over the country. It was first directed by animator Ivor Wood, who also worked on The Magic Roundabout, Paddington Bear, and The Herbs. The setting for Postman Pat is the fictional Yorkshire village of Greendale. Postman Pat, with his black and white cat Jess, is still one of the top choices for children; the program is especially aimed at pre-school children.
