TV/Sport Poster: A popular American television situation comedy (or sitcom) that was aired from 1969 to 1974. Created by Sherwood Schwartz, he conceived the idea for the series after reading an article that a growing share of the marriages in the United States involved children from a previous marriage. The show starred Robert Reed and Florence Henderson.
