Humorous Sign Poster: In 1939, with World War II imminent, the British Government produced a series of three motivational posters to help stiffen the resolve of the general populace. This poster, with the slogan "Keep Calm and Carry On" was never displayed - it was designed for release only in the event of a Nazi invasion of Britain. It remained undiscovered for nearly 60 years until a copy was found in 2000.
