Computer Games Poster: In the fictional Empire City, Cole McGrath is a bike courier at the centre of the ray sphere explosion that wipes out half of the city's district, however he survives and gains electrical superpowers, which he puts to use, for good or bad, depending on the players' choices throughout the game.
