Film Poster: Army of Darkness (also known as The Medieval Dead and Bruce Campbell vs. the Army of Darkness) is a comedic American horror film, which was released in 1993. The film was a sequel to The Evil Dead and Evil Dead II films. Army of Darkness was written and directed by Sam Raimi, and starred Bruce Campbell as protagonist Ash Williams. Some of the tag lines associated with the film include "Trapped in time. Surrounded by evil. Low on gas.", "Sound the trumpets, raise the drawbridge, and drop the Oldsmobile" and "1 Man, 1 Million dead; The odds are just about even."
