Thriller Film Poster: A Clockwork Orange is a 1971 film adaptation of a 1962 novel of the same name, by Anthony Burgess. The adaptation was produced, written and directed by Stanley Kubrick. Set in a future England (ca. 1995, imagined from 1965), the film follows the life of a teenage boy named Alex DeLarge. He is leader of a small gang of thugs, whom he refers to as his "droogs".
