Art Poster: Odilon Redon (1840-1916) was a French painter and illustrator who was one of the outstanding masters of Symbolism. For much of his early career he worked exclusively in charcoal but after a serious illness in the 1890's he turned to painting and revealed remarkable skills as a colourist. This gorgeous poster showcases one of his works from this era depicting a blue vase overflowing with a glorious array of colourful anemone and lilac flowers set against a subtle terracotta and purple background.
