Marquis of Queensbury boxing Hares, Art Print

Art Print: Great fun painting, depicting the legendary status of Hares as 'Boxers in the Moonlight', the title of the painting comes from the not so pleasant, 'Marquis of Queensbury', who was a fighter & whose rules for the sport are used to this day; his son Lord Alfred and his relationship with Oscar Wilde, caused The Marquis to pursue Oscar Wilde, which ended in the notorious trial; but this painting by Govinder seems a long way from all that, almost a dance as opposed to a brawl.
