Art Print: Frida Kahlo was born in 1907 and died in 1954; she was married to the well known Mexican painter and muralist, Diego Rivera. Most of her art work was focused around Realism, Symbolism and Surrealism. Over a third of Kahlo's paintings are self-portraits, which usually illustrates the pain and suffering she endured during her life. A lot of her work also depicts cultural differences between Mexico and the United States of America.
